You don't generally get blacklisted for hacking, so your probably had a different reason, if you were using a vpn you might have used a ip that was banned and got blacklisted for ban evading. If that's not it, if you did a irl before they may have charge backed. But either way, try to make a blacklist appeal. Just don't lie in your appeal, (most of the time) they can tell if your lying.
