a guy kept pasting the same message in chat every so often and when i asked why he wasnt muted for spamming i was told its okay since he wasnt sending the same msg within 15 seconds or three messages occupying the chat window, so, i followed those rules and even set a 20 second timer so i wouldnt send the same msg three times in 20 seconds or have three messages occupying chat window and got a six hour mute, really dont know why its okay for the staff to discriminate like this but id like to appeal!
