If someone got fairly muted, they won't be able to get their mute removed (unless it's a permanent mute and they appeal it, getting a reduced mute, for more information check my response that I made here: https://invadedlands.net/threads/mute-appeal.70797/#post-408395). Basically, if you get temporarily muted, you'll have to wait until the punishment duration will end.
