I was also once perm muted on the server. You will have to wait sometime and make an appeal in the ban appeal section of the forums. You need to prove that you have learned your lesson and your mute will be reduced to 30 days. I cannot guarantee an unmute because I don't know the reason for the mute in the first place, but as long as it was not too severe and you can demonstrate your growth over the time you were muted to the day you make your appeal, you will have good chances.

the point of buying an unban is so if you're sorry for hacking, you can come back.
if you've been muted 10+ times, i don't think you're sorry that you got muted.
you should have read the rules after your first mute and then you should have been more careful.
