Its just called the beep test. Its really annoying, and you dont do laps, just go side to side. It goes uo by 0.1 every time you run 20 meters.

We have another test called the "cooper test" where we have to run as fast as possible for 12 minutes and see what distance we've run, and the same test but walking instead and for 30 minutes
