STEP 1 : Making the ticket
You go to the #suggestion-creator and click on the envelope emoji on the first message , like this :

once you made the ticket you need to follow the following format to write your suggestion :
Your IGN:
The server you want the feature to be added to:
The feature:
Justification/Why this should be added:
SOME ADVICES FOR YOU
1- never argue with the councillors their decisions
2- think outside the box when you are trying to make a suggestion, because we recieve too many common suggestions that has already been suggested, make your suggestion unique !
3-try to explain your suggestion as much as you can in the justification, sometimes better explanation can get your suggestion approved!

After suggestions get approved they are voted on by everyone in the discord, even if you don't have a suggestion, being in the council discord and voting will help improve the game, for you, and for us, for everyone <3
