Talem's Unofficial Guide To IRL Deals.​

1. Record the IRL Deal.
It's really important to use a recording software (Ex. OBS) while doing an irl deal for two main reasons:
- If the person spending irl money doesn't get payed, they can easily report the player on the forums and get refunded.
- If the person spending irl money charges back the player has recorded evidence of the irl deal to get unblacklisted.

2. The Person Spending IRL Money Buys The Items First Every Time!

Scamming is currently allowed so make sure not to give the in-game items until you received the rank/key/etc.

What Do I Do If I Get Chargedback?​

If you have the recorded evidence of the IRL deal then you can file a blacklist appeal with your evidence to get unblacklisted faster (if you don't have evidence you can still appeal).
I recommend uploading your evidence as an unlisted video onto YouTube (make sure not to crop anything out) and provide timeframes to make the staff teams life easier.

What Do I Do If I Was Scammed?​

If you were scammed out of IRL money then you can file a player report make sure to provide any necessary evidence to prove you were scammed out of IRL money.
If you were scammed out of in-game items then you can make a post to spread awareness of the scammer but other than that you can't really do much.

If you record the irl deal it’s not really needed to do it with trusted people. Especially if they buy the item first.

I remeber when i first joined the server, around 15 months ago i was scammed for a VIP-MVP rank upgrade, i was blinded by the hope that i would actually get a deal as i did not 1) Care about his rank, he was a default and i was expecting him to buy me a rank upgrade 2) I did not use a middle man, i would recommend a user that is trustworthy or mabye a mod but there is a lot more important things they could be doing.


Luckily he gave everything back..

Yeah but that’s also kind of the recording softwares job to be your middleman.
