Hello everyone, I had been working on this for a while now and since my time has come to an end I would like to post this to help the influx of players that have been joining recently. I hope this helps.
Commands:
/is - Creates an island if you haven’t made one. Also teleports you to your island
/is reset - Resets island (Note you can only do this 3 times, you need to buy more in the buycraft to get more resets)
/is sethome - Sets the spawnpoint for your island
/is level - allows you to check/update your island level, you can also look at other players island levels
/is name - allows you to name your island
/is top - shows the top 10 islands on the server
/is value - Check the island level value of a block (block needs to be in hand)
/is warps, /is warp - allows you to see a list of players islands and can teleport specific islands
/is coop - Give a player full access to your island for a limited amount of time
/is lock - Prevents players from teleporting to your island
/is settings - Gives options on what permissions visitors have on your island
/challenges - Do some challenges on your island to get some nice rewards
/trade - Allows you to trade money, exp and iteams with other players
/is invite (name) - invites player to your island
/is kick - kicks player from your island /is tc (teamchat) - Allows you to talk to members in your island

/particles (/pp, default) - opens up menu of particles. /craft (astro) - opens up a crafting menu
/enderchest (/ec, astro) - Opens up enderchest
/hat (astro) - Allows you to put a block on your head.
/feed (specialist) - Gives you full hunger
/ptime (specialist) - sets the time of day to the player
/pweather (legend) - Changes the type of weather to player
/tpahere (legend) - Teleport people to you
/fly (legend) - You can fly
/back (ultra) - Allows you to go back where you had previously been
/heal (ultra) - Heals you
/stack (ultra) - Allows you to stack all of your items in your inventory, including non stackable ones for example a tools or armour.
/ nick (ultra) - Allows you to change your nickname
/condense (skygod) - Converts nuggets/ingots into blocks
/extinguish (/ext, skygod) - If you are burning, it will put you out of the fire.
/jump - (space) Works the same way as //thru in worldedit. Allows you to teleport through the surface in front of you
/near (space) - Allows to check who’s around you in a 200 block radius

Q:What perks can each rank give me?
A:
Astronaut - 2 pvs (playervaults) - 2 homes - 4 invites to island
Specialist - 3 pvs - 3 homes - 5 invites to island
Legend - 4 pvs - 6 homes - 6 invites to island
Ultra - 5 pvs - 8 homes - 7 invites to island
Skygod - 6pvs - 10 homes - 10 invites to island
Space - 7 pvs - 15 homes - 15 invites to island
Comet - 10 pvs - 20 homes - 20 invites to island
Q: Is there any way I can mine my spawner?
A: You need legend rank or higher with a silk touch pickaxe in order to mine your spawners and get them back
Q: Is there any way I can /fix, /repair my items?
A: No
Q: How do I make an island warp?
A: You need to have a least 10 island levels to crate a warp by placing a sign with the words [Welcome]
Q: What happens if I messed up my cobble generator?
A: Heres a list of what you can do, there is no order in what to do when this happens:
- You can right click it (obsidian) with a bucket and get the lava back.
- Ask a player if they are willing to give you a lava bucket
- Reset your island (/is reset)
- Pay for a lava bucket yourself for $500 in /shop
Q: What does island level do? How do I get island level?
A: Island level's are currently cosmetic, however some seasons may have top island rewards. Many people grind to get to the top as can be seen as one of the "objectives in the game. You can gain island level by placing expensive blocks on your island. The most effective block which gives you the most levels is diamond.
Q: How do I create a shop sign?
A: Place your sign and follow these directions
1. (Skip) - This will auto fill your name
2. Amount - Amount of items you want to sell at one time
3. B (amount) or S (amount) - B = buy S = sell, amount in money that you want or give.
4. ? - Literally put "?" as it auto fills the item that you are trying to buy/sell Example if I were to sell eggs:

A:
- No AFK mining (weighing down/using a program to mine from a cobble gen)
- No Island traps/traps to kill players at your island (drowning, burning, fall damage, void...etc)
- No using any alt accounts to get daily items/blocks/gear/currency/voting for you or any other account to use.
- No portal trapping (Blocking portals so players can't move/chat or get out)
- No lag machines
