Unplayable lag

Game runs smooth asf 150fps, 30ms
Ill be 1v1ing someone and theyll swing where i was moments ago and ill take damage. Its insane, i watched 3 irons crit out the air, i was like 5 blocks behind them wondering wtf they were doing but my health was dropping. Only happens when im backing up, someone will combo me, ill get knocked to the right but theyre still swinging at the left and im getting hit while theyre not facing me. Its not ping dependent either, players with 60 ping have crit me out. It

Figured it was something between my connection and the server but idk what. Any solutions?

Also wanted to say it looks perfectly smooth, im watching it and taking damage in real time, theres no freezing or stuttering. Double hits, where they swing twice and i get hit once for double the damage happen way to often.
