You could always take the account back as you didn't specify if it was full access. And saying you could get blacklisted really isn't an excuse either since this deal would be in the gray area because you could technically give them the account but not full access. Finally given your history I would say this is a scam.

tbh i dont really know what full access means, all ik is i dont have the security questions for it, but i do have the emial and password. also how would it be "in the gray area". if i were too take back the account it would still be scamming and i could still get blacklisted, even if it was years later

2. it might not even have the rank
3. you could take the account away since you'd probably still have access
