I've never seen someone pull a rank from vote crate either, don't even see it in the spinner honestly. Chances are well under 1%, if you want to try it buy the limited keys when they come around

I can say with confidence that the rank in the vote crate is impossible to get. Nobody has ever gotten a rank from the vote key to my knowledge. It is just there to make people vote, same as all the other insane stuff in other keys. Impossible to get.
