keys arent physical fyi you gotta do /cc to use them

It might be because keys are actual keys you have to do /cc and then open them there.

yea like two mentioned above it’s virtual so try /cc

Make sure you’re typing in your IGN exactly how it appears in game.

Keys aren't a physical(due to bugs) item as said above to use keys you either must do ./cc or Go to the crate with a chest and look for the sign that says crate key
Also make sure to check if you've been typing in ur name correctly
and if none of these are right I'd advise you to contact a staff member
