You are unable to see your code because you're blacklisted. However, once your blacklist is removed, issue command /giftcards to view them.

Unfortunately, I don't think there is something you could do about this situation that might surely solve your problem. However, I'd recommend creating a Purchase Support here or to appeal your Blacklist here. If those 2 things won't solve your issue, try contacting a Staff member by creating a conversation with them on the forums.
