Warning! Renamed Spawners in auction

Just a warning.
I bought what seemed to be iron Golem spawners on the auction for $1M each(I got three)

they were actually bat spawners renames to iron Golem spawners.
Is this allowed?
They were called “Milk” or something

But don't buy any spawners with white names
