was anyone else glitching around like this

I was glitching around like crazy a lot. I didn't get every glitch on video but i got some. it included:
- teleporting around
- taking damage fall damage that i didn't take eariler
- falling thousands of blocks beneath the world
-crates glitching
- getting kicked
-glitched half broken doors
- delayed chat messages / commands
-chunks not loading

i was just trying to make a door thing with a pressure plate
