how do you get the zoom in thing to help with waterdrop

It's from Optifine. Download and use Optifine or a client that comes with Optifine.

As pinevole said, it's optifine and you press C to toggle it on default. most clients like badlion, labymod, lunar, etc. have it if you use those

Badlion and Lunar(I believe, don't use lunar) Come with Optifine, these are easier to install, and better than using simple optifine. Also, I recommend setting your zoom to a side mouse button, as it really helps with waterdrop, as opposed to C, which it defaults to
