If you are forever muted just appeal on a ban appeal sheet and state the fact that it's a mute appeal

You can't help it if you have been hacked. Just get a better password or a generator and just write it down so this won't happen again. I think you can appeal perm mutes in the ban appeals section, just not temporary mutes.
