Wayyyy to op. Someone (not gonna name names but starts with a pick and ends with an ol) managed to get like 900 mil and buy 2250 zps. Bascially the eco has been broken.
My genuine opinion is that it's too much like the survival economy. If people can get 1b+ in less than a month, it's too OP. If a new player joined, did /baltop, and saw that it's all people with 50m+ they'd probably leave because they'd think it's too late for them to get ahead. In addition to that, since you can get money so easily, it's also easy to get blaze / whatever other mob spawners if you already have spawners, which only makes the rich richer.
This season is like season 5 in the sense that it's very easy to get money, and that a spawner is the META. I kind of liked how last season, season 6, the META was more of farms instead of spawners. Not only is it more fun IMHO to build farms, it also makes it easier for a new player or a solo player to get ahead. And while that's possible now too, it's much harder.
I will say that the way things are looking right now makes it seem to me that the people ahead are just going to be the people who grind longer after they get enough spawners. Which definitely makes it helpful to have a big team, and we are already seeing that in /is top. (If you want to join a big team you can apply for one here

Overall, I both like it and don't like it. I like that it's more based on how long you grind instead of how long you can afk a farm after you've built it, but I also miss building farms.
I will say that I do like the crates update very much, it makes crates worth it without being too P2W. And I like /warp tutorial
