You can win permissions to host events in seasonal crates (for example: Wool Shuffle and TDM host perms are currently prizes in the Summer crate). If you have won the permissions to host an event, you can do /e host and select that event from the menu or do /e host (event name). All player hosted events have a 24hr cooldown before you can host it again.
