What do people join this server for?

Around 50% of the people on the chat spam stuff like "14", and "bald"; in my perspective, it feels like people want to be noticed by people like Skeppy. I also feel like part of the player base only logs on to see if anyone is hosting an event (Who doesn't want to participate in a challenge for $1000, but you don't just join a server just for that right?). There are also people that make staff applications just for meeting Skeppy, even though they have no experience at being a staff member. That doesn't make sense because the chances of you being noticed are very slim, and chances of being a staff member are even slimmer. I see the point of trying to be noticed, but I feel like some people might have gone too far (The people who make staff applications just to meet Skeppy).

I know some people are actually are dedicated to the server itself, and not so much on getting noticed, but I really want to know why most people join the server.

I'm not trying to offend the people that actually join the server just for doing this stuff, I just want to know why
 
Some people decided to check out Skeppy's server. Some people just want to be featured in a video. Some people just want to meet Skeppy.

Back in the non pandemic days, it was only 14 spammers and no queues. 30% ppl want to queue for events, about 10% spam the chat on kitpvp. The rest are real people
People who play the server play it because, its fun. Everybody wants to be noticed at some point by a famous person. In some of skeppy's old videos you can see real OG's spamming the chat trying to get noticed. The queue is only there because people have a chance to win 1k and thats why they want to join the server
 
people just want to be noticed by their senpai skeppy. people queue for events for like days, and the actual players are mad that there are no new features added to the gamemodes
 
attention they DO recieve irl, they just want more.
the $1k cash is a bonus, all of them want attention not money

The server in general is just fun, and ive made many friends on this server and the little community i have with them. The server is really fun if you dont focus on the downsides>
 
I play because I enjoy PVP and the majority of the community is super friendly but I agree that a lot of people join just to get Skeppy's attention.
 
I started playing in 2017 because I needed some clips for my video so I decided to hop on Invaded's practice server. I enjoyed it so I played for a bit but then I stopped

Don't get mad at the people that do that. They just want to be noticed by someone they admire. It's like wanting to be noticed by your crush. When I joined, all I did was spam Ping Spoofing and 14. Now, I don't (except when skeppy accidentally reveals himself).
 
I mean almost everyone who joins most likely came from skeppy even all the normal people here

overall besides skeppy advertising his server the server is really fun on skyblock and survival and if you like kit pvp its fun :D
