What does /back exactly do? (detailed answers please)

What does /back exactly do? How can i control where i will go to with /back?

We’ve had this debate somewhere else but none really came to a specific answer, either it’s buggy though or it sends you back to something/somewhere else not the last place you tped, it might be a certain time ago I’m not sure. @Zackyyy can you please help us out here?

It's the last location you teleported to/from, for example if you TPA to someone you can then type /back to go back to where you where before you tpa'ed.

Yeah it sounds smart, but it’s not smart. Because I don’t think he’s tested it out for himself, rather just guessed ??‍ Like I did!

im pretty sure what he said was accurate except sometimes it seems to teleport you to weird places idrk lol

It’s accurate, except it’s also not. Because one out of 3 times it sent me back to my ‘previous teleport’ location

On survival it takes you to your previous teleport location not death.

Some people assume it is to your previous death location but it's more likely you just died at the same place you last teleported.
