What does escalated mean?

Escalated means higher staff need to view it, which I believe is Admin and above.

escalated means that only higher up staff can review it and deem it accepted or denied
the staff that can see it are admins and managers
even though escalated appeals take longer to get accepted
its a higher chance of getting accepted
so if you are currently banned and it was escalated you should get a response soon
