What does [IA] Mean on a blacklist appeal

Recently i sent my 3rd appeal and they just put [IA] on it and put it in closed appeals does anyone know what [IA] means?

Well i assume if its close and you are still blacklisted probs mean it was denied but i have never been blacklisted so im not sure

My guess is that it's bad and it means you can't appeal, but no idea
