Ah,. That’s just my lack of knowledge of pc stuff lmao.. what should I change? And what to?ryzen 7 3800x isn't supposed to be paired with a 2060
my friend got a ryzen 5 3600 for his 2060 but an i5 9600k would also be good for a 2060Ah,. That’s just my lack of knowledge of pc stuff lmao.. what should I change? And what to?
No get a 3060ti or 3070. even once prices drop and GPU's go back to msrp you're still better off with a 3070 or 3060ti. Also looking at prices for a 2060 right now you could literally buy a 3080 just wait a bit... ALSO as of right now the Ryzen 7 3800X is more expensive than the 9900k while the 9900k has the same amount of cores and threads but has a much higher clock speed. ALSO ALSO You need a much better PSU at a minimum 650 watts but I would go for 750 watts. And finally I want to address your motherboard. You said the ASUS PRIME B450-PLUS right? Unless you can get it for under 100$ (Which is why I hope you chose it) don't go for it. Not to mention I wouldn't choose a B450 to go with a 3800X at all I would recommend a B550 or an X470. HOWEVER I would honestly go the Intel route at this point since with the price of the those chipsets you can get a Z390 motherboard. This is only in my region though... If for some reason the 3800X is cheaper for you go for it.So I've changed my CPU to a Ryzen 7 3800X and settled on a RTX 2060
PSU is 550 watts
Ah, I’ll go back to the ryzen 5 3600.. a couple other mates said the same as you lolmy friend got a ryzen 5 3600 for his 2060 but an i5 9600k would also be good for a 2060
Well it really depends... If you do CPU intensive thing then I don't see why not. Considering the games he is going to play and the fact that he is planning on streaming it would make sense to go for a better CPUryzen 7 3800x isn't supposed to be paired with a 2060
CAN the ryzen 7 3800x and the 2060 go together?Well it really depends... If you do CPU intensive thing then I don't see why not. Considering the games he is going to play and the fact that he is planning on streaming it would make sense to go for a better CPU
if hes getting a ryzen 7 3800x he might aswell get a 2080 super or 2080tiWell it really depends... If you do CPU intensive thing then I don't see why not. Considering the games he is going to play and the fact that he is planning on streaming it would make sense to go for a better CPU
Yes they can go together. Tabs are dependent mainly on your ramCAN the ryzen 7 3800x and the 2060 go together?
I plan on streaming, meaning I’d have a couple chrome tabs open, the game, streamlabs obs open all at the same time
And also plan on having WinSCP, Intellij, minecraft and multiple chrome tabs open at once
Well yes but money doesn't grow on trees :/if hes getting a ryzen 7 3800x he might aswell get a 2080 super or 2080ti
I’ll probably have 16gb of ram to start and if I need to I can always add moreYes they can go together. Tabs are dependent mainly on your ram

"550"So I've changed my CPU to a Ryzen 7 3800X and settled on a RTX 2060

good boyI'll keep it in mind, thank you.
I've been saving money for like a year now, I only have just over £400 and my mum told me today that because I'd saved the money well and not spend any of it (which she didn't expect) that she'd give me access to the savings account I didn't know about.. there's apparently around 1600 in it.
Going to the building society to withdraw it and then deposit it into my bank
