What Happened to KitPVP

so I just logged back online after a couple hours and I noticed 3 things:

No 100player queues
No skeppy fans at spawn
The parkour is blocked off

Did I miss something?

Servers start to chill after this time
Player visibility radius has been increased to reduce lag
I assume blocked off to prevent people from sitting on the first block of parkour that is apart of the spawn's worldedit region
