what is the eu ip thing

what is the eu ip thing

there isn't an EU proxy but there's an IP to help reduce your ping by like 10 or something, its like skeppylovesflipflops.xyz, correct me if I'm wrong.

?????????????? I said the server host is in Canada. That is why his MS is 1k
you literally make no sense, so here is my zvoltage diagram
1615474423140.png

MS=milliseconds. It takes more time for a packet (action) to go from Antarctica to Canada and back to Antarctica than it does to go from two close Canadian areas back and forth. closer to host=less distance packets have to travel=less time it takes=less ms. Green and blue are two different homes, and red is the host. it takes longer for blue to go to red and back than it does for green to go to red and back. blue has more ping than green, assuming green doesnt have terrible internet in general
