What the hell is the "invis mafia"?

I've seen multiple people creating "invis mafias" and trying to be threatening towards people. Dawg- either half their players are absolute PvP chungies or are just never on. I've killed multiple of these members including some owners themselves. A good example is The_Cj. Who tf is this kid? Istg this guy came out of nowhere to create some team and then continuously yaps about it in chat but then never turns his PvP on and neither do his members. If you're gonna try and be threatening atleast use PvP
