You don't have to agree with the managers' decisions, and quite frankly, they don't care if you do or not. Continuing to complain over the staff situation will do nothing.
Hyper, Cxndi, Hamoka, and Periys all resigned, two came back. They don't need to share their reasoning with anyone, nor are they going to. Evisy is qualified and we trust them to do their job-- it doesn't matter if people think it's "unfair," or that they should've gone through a trainee phase. They don't need to and that's that. We are glad to have Bruva and Della back, they are wonderful staff members and a great edition to the team.
Please stop making conclusions and theories about what is happening to the staff team. It isn't your business, and I highly doubt you'll never know regardless. I hate looking at forums and seeing so much negativity-- I ask you refrain and just put trust into the managers. They know what they are doing.
