What exactly is Evasion?

Ban evasion is when you get banned and you go on alts to be able to play. Ban evasion results in a blacklist, so please don't do it, just make a ban appeal if you are banned.

Evasion is bypassing something set in place, so like @naviwinn said - ban evasion. there can also be mute evasion - getting muted and going back on alts to talk
