What are the "Seasons?" When are the seasons? I want to apply for staff.

What are the "Seasons?" When are the seasons? I want to apply for staff.

I don't think there's an ETA at the moment, however they are usually every 6 months.

Supposedly at the end of every season; other factors may come into play such as whether or not they really need anymore staff members or whether or not the current staff team is capable of handling the work-load they're already having to do in a daily basis.

Simply it really depends on:

1. How many staff members are needed.
2. Whether or not the current amount of staff members satisfy their work-load.
3. Whether or not the performance of current staff members out-weigh the need of getting new staff members.

On the contrary, they open applications at the end of every season as per Mega's statement on the staff applications section of this forum, therefore if I had to guess on whether or not the applications would ignore the above criteria and go with the seasonal flow; it would be best to say that applications may open between 1st or January or 10th of January and close between February 1st to February 10th for finalisation.

This is all taken from the applications section and past observations in regards to the legacy site we had a few months ago and how the routine of applications usually go, if you're planning on applying it's best you create a draft with the current application format and work on filling out the details - Also try and make yourself more "out there" with appreciation from the community and trying to gain recognition from staff members on the forums.

- Do you have a mic and can talk to us?
- What skills do you feel you have that will help the Community?
- What past moderating experiences do you have?
- Please be specific. How long were you staff at said server(s), what did you do there as your time as staff, did you deal with hackers, chat offenses...etc?
- Why do you think you would be a good fit for moderator?
- Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know.?
