when i press tab i crash

when i press tab on this server i crash, and then cant join the server again because it keeps crashing, even closing minecraft and restarting my computer dosent allow me to join the server again, fix please?

Try joining on 1.8 on blc or lunar

i am joining on 1.8 i downloaded lunar client because you said that would help

It's your computer, as it's probably old, it can't handle all the player names and heads so it crashes. I have a good pc and still on some servers when I press tab, I get a lag spike

I never get lag spikes like this, but one time when I used forge with only like 6 mods I kept lagging even though I gave minecraft like 8G of ram which is more than enough, when I switched to Labymod it stopped doing that, do you know why?
