most people have no idea that being a mod isn't just all fun and games. there's actual work that needs to be done. understanding the lore isn't all you need you also need to know how to manage and have customer relations skills and how to talk to people who have been banned and tell them what they dont want to hear and people who are loyal to the server you need to keep those customers. oh by the way this is volunteer unlike an equal real world job like coordinator at disney, process assisstant at amazon or anything else that has supervising duty

except not, people still do the work but they mainly do it for the fame, and randoms shouldnt get hired bcs they dont know shit

Staff apps will be open in like a month or two, maybe longer.
The more points the higher ur member status goes up. Well-Known is highest

I have the requirement in a couple weeks and I know how the forums work I just didnt know how to get rid of the tag

Yes you are new you joined a month ago, dont just join the forums if you want staff cause your not gonna get it
 
I'm pretty sure you need forum experiences and I've never seen a "New Member" get accepted. If you don't have a forum experienced then your application will be denied.

Staff application will last approximately 5-6 months. It depends on the management team and if they are in-need of staff.
