No one can really answer your question correct, it's really up to the management team when they decide to open applications again. Since there's been a season last month it'll probably take some time for a new season starts.

isnt staff apps every staff season (round 1 month)

every 6 months is a staff season, but they can open staff apps if they feel they need applicants
