'pretend' that's more than the rest of the staff do (not that the rest are slacking off) because every time I log on they're online for a bit
 
Trainee is literally a Trial-Moderator, you have to be more active as a trainee to prove yourself later on. The staff aren't slacking they're just focusing on stuff in game as they have more perms than the trainees and could impact the server more than them.

uh I never said they were slacking but I have more understanding of the staff pyramid now

the majority of the staff members sit in /v dealing with constant punishments (filtered messages, constant discord spam, etc). Sure, AGC deals with the majority of the cheaters, but that's not the only thing that staff have to deal with.

im talking forums-specific, the only things that I've seen on forums are handling reports, appeals, locking posts, and warning (whether legit or not) and since everyone says they have a lot or a lot of blacklist appeals exist, you'd think they'd be on the forums as well

See now you're going into blacklist appeals, something that moderators cannot completely handle. Are you going after the higher ups now, or the entire team (save for the trainees)?

i'm not going after anyone? I'm just complimenting the trainees? Why are you making accusations that i'm accusing the staff team of being lazy, when I'm not?
