the thread isn't to say who's good and who's bad whatsoever. Each staff member brings things to this community that are unique and special and everyone knows that.

But still, the votes are not accurate as some people don't properly vote and either vote for a staff member they know or vote randomly. And yes, I see your point but it just doesn't add up as it still contradicts most of the other staff's abilities.

Also, I have seen a lot of people saying that they didn't like that the staff members were not getting picked and that this could be discouraging the staff that work hard, so for those people, I tell you this:
Every staff member works hard every day. They do their best to be the best and to do good for the community, this was all out of curiosity and if you are a staff member and you didn't get picked then it's alright, we all still notice the hard work you are doing for this community!
