I assume your blacklist is in relation to that account, and to explain to you:

That player is blacklisted from the server, and that same account happened to log on the same IP you log on. Since blacklists are both UUID and IP Ban, it blacklisted your main account in relation to that one. The only thing you can do is appeal and explain your situation and hope for an unblacklist.

Either they logged on your IP and got it blacklisted, or your account got on that blacklisted IP and it automatically linked to the blacklisted user. It's either one of those scenarios, but like I said the best you can do is appeal!
