Why am i still banned?

I had filled the form for unban and one of you had accepted it and told that they would unban me but when i logged in the server today it said that i was still banned ... pls look up to this

did it say your ban was reduced to 30d or that you were unbanned (it probably said like accepted if you said not guilty)

were you blacklisted? if a mod accepted it then they may have had to ask a srmod+ to unblacklist you. if it was just a ban and it's been a few hours/days then i would definitely recommend messaging a staff member on discord

if you were bled :
it takes a little bit sometimes for them to unlink you and for you to be able to come back, different for everyone
banned :
check if you were reduced and not just unbanned
