Why am I stuck first place in a queue

I am in the survival queue and i try to join but i get stuck first place in queue and when other people join they are able to join survival just like that but I am stuck in queue. Is there any fix to this?

Try the disconnect method;
* /leavequeue survival
* Relog
Note: this doesn't work 100% of the time.

You are softlocked. But only if you just cant connect to survival. The softlock will end when the server restarts. I had that problem too. You can be sure that you are softlocked if the chat said (before the lock) "Chat disabled in client options"
