well... try to appeal after like 3 months because they don't accept appeals right away and you have to wait some time before appealing especially if you are denied...
correction: appeals get denied when there's sufficient evidence and the ban was too recent
As Exln previously stated, you will not be punished without supporting evidence. However, in the event you strongly believe that you were punished unfairly, you're always available to make an appeal (here). I highly suggest that you remain professional rather than judgmental when dealing with your appeal.
However, for both current and future reference, I wouldn't create excessive ban appeals, and I wouldn't create posts regarding denied appeals. Sadly, it's my understand that you've already created an appeal to which it has been denied.

I believe that everyone who's commented before me is right. That you need to stay professional and calm when trying to a ban appeal. As I recently myself was banned by console accidentally and I applied for an unban appeal where the staff were super helpful and unbanned me. So explain in detail what exactly happened when you got banned, and don't spam staff for appeals as that will just annoy them more making them more unlikely to not give you the appeal. I believe that they will help if you ask for it nicely and you haven't done something wrong in the first place that breaks the severs rules. Other than that I hope you found this information useful.
When I was banned awhile ago I had made a ban appeal quickly, however they told me to wait because they felt as if not enough time has passed from the ban, I'm sorry but you must wait a little while banned before you can make another appeal I was banned in September and was unbanned in December.
