why arent shylker boxes enabled yet?

Have you ever wondered why Shulker boxes haven't been enabled yet?

well so do I! Does anyone know?

The shulker boxes can be easily exploited by dupe bugs and if someone manages to find a dupe bug, they can dupe the items by putting it in a shulker and dupe it in mass quantities which can impact the server economy and overall, can just crash if there is too many items being duped at once.
