Why chargebacks need to be handled better.

Chargebacks should NOT ban people to begin with. If anything, remove the perks the person charged back and maybe have some other penalty. Not a ban.

I disagree with this it should be banable just moreactive people should be able toactually deal with stuff like chargeback who are actually active on forums and stuff so can sort people falsely blacklisted quickier
