both /fix and /fly are bought separately, and don't come with any rank. buy them in the commands section of survival in /buy.

Yall need to chill alright my friend bought it as a gift ( and I was planning to play Survival when it first came out ). Needless to say,he was a rich guy and jokingly bought me the top rank. Pissed to see I still can't fly tho ffs
