why does it say ive been banned from the webstore
Did you chargeback on any servers? If so, that is probably the reason.
Please next time when you have a problem, put it in community help.
im pretty new, sorry for asking but what is chargeback exactly?
When someone buys something and forces a refund, it get's you blacklisted and banned from buycraft.
i didnt force a refund though

Try checking on invaded where you blacklisted?
If not, try contacting the staff.

if someone bought u something and refunded their mkney
someone else could have bought something from their bank account and charged back
Maybe you chargebacked on another server, maybe that's why you cannot buy things on invaded?
Then buy an unban too
Has anyone ever bought something for you? If so, try to check that you still have the purchased item. If you don't, they probably chargebacked on you.

fill in everything and just say in the ticket something along the lines of "i was banned from the store but i never chargebacked"

he cant unbans are in the buy craft and theres a diffence between a unban and a unblacklist the only way to get unblacklisted is if he appeals for oneThen buy an unban too
This might help. Try going to another server's store that uses Tebex and see if you're banned from there. If you are you have to talk with Tebex (BuyCraft) if you aren't then you have to make a purchase support.
