Why I should Become Survival Manager.

We all know survival has been down for so long. Now I wish the best to the development and management team to make the survival server.

But if I were manager (Survival) I would ensure it was kept updated and make it feel like the older seasons. I know the community well and I know a lot of people adored seasons 1 - 3. I want the same vibe as those seasons but with new features like player warps, more challenges, and seasonal crates like kitpvp.

I know IF survival ever returns it won't be the same feel as the older seasons. The next coming season will not be the same and will never be the same.

I hope this is a joke...

Needs developers to work on the server. You can't guarantee this.

Once we take away the promises that you cannot possibly make, there's little to no substance here. Given our current managers have approximately 0 sway in how the unknown, outsourced developers spend their time, what makes you think you're an exception to the rule? You cannot make these promises. All of the above amounts to poorly thought through statements with platitudes thrown in for seemingly no reason.

How will you deliver this? How are you going to get the community to return to its previous numbers? What unique traits and assets - not to mention experience - do you bring to the table that make you confident you will be able to achieve this aim? What, tangibly, can you do that others cannot to make it "feel like the older seasons"? What does this mean — what does an "older season" feel like?

What I got from this was: I will make vague suggestions to developers not currently working on Survival, with no immediate plans to work on Survival, to implement features that I cannot build or implement myself, to further cause delay in the release of the server. In terms of any reasons why you would actually be suited for this position, I see none in your post.

Look, I get it. Forgive me for my bluntness, we're all pissed off with the situation surrounding the Survival server, nobody more than the staff team. It totally sucks and it's embarrassing. But posts like this contribute very little and do not help the situation at all. We've made a strong case internally about how much this matters, but sadly we have to deal with the cards we've been dealt.
