1) On survival there might be players creating lag machines here's what they look like

2) It might be the server memory maybe its at 2gb/3gb

3) its maybe XeBungee error on console and making the server lag

4) There might be plugins that are making the server lag (if there are no plugins that are making the server lag its maybe bungee plugins that one is lagging it.)

3 - 100~ players constantly
4 - map is larger and most chunks are loaded
