Because they are closed.
k but fr they probs closed because they are working on implementing the suggestions that they liked. they should be open when they are ready

)Because there are most likely reviewing previous suggestions and implanting the suggestions given to them
I'm pretty sure if they were still receiving suggestions to Improve the server they would be Overwhelmed considering there's 1 developer.
