Why isn't Chaiw banned yet?

So im guessing alot of you know by now but Chaiw is always teaming with hackers that help him get kills.His friends toggled anti kb on me once im really pissed and i want him banned but i cant make a player report since i dont have any proof :/

Also, a poll asking whether people think he's guilty doesn't matter. It's just player opinions off anecdotal facts, the only way for him to get punished is with an admin's final say, if you make the report he will be reviewed but you need actual evidence.

Well simple answer: you guys didn't have a brain or were too lazy to open your screen recorder and record him teaming with hackers to report him later.
Simple as that.

Publicly complaining/discussing wether a player should be banned or not is not going to help the case. Please file a report against this player with sufficient evidence if you believe that the player is violating the server rules.
