I have spent over $200 on the invaded lands network and not once has a manager helped me in any sort of way. After months of experience on this server, I came to realize how unhelpful managers have been in claim griefs, payment issues, and blacklist appeals.
Why should we be giving money to people who disregard their customers troubles?
This is a business run by careless, money reaping, power hungry individuals with no respect for their customers.
I am unable to play on a server in which I payed over $200 for because the person I gave my money to won't read an appeal. If Moderators (who arent even getting payed) have the time to read and escalate a blacklist appeal, then why cant someone who is getting payed take action? oh I forgot, they are busy reaping the rewards of their victimized customers :)

Commenting before a staff member talks about "There are 3 managers and thousands of players" and any other noob excuse

I get it but why is it that the people who receive money the least helpful server members? This is not the most ideal way to run a business as most customer service representatives respond to their paying customers in a much faster way. There definitely needs to be a solution to the ongoing appeals process as the waiting period is far longer than any other business I have come across.

fame=money bro. like @didgo got more fame for being trainee

It just seems like your here to kiss ass. Im here to call someone out on their bulls**t.
i mean like i’m not ngl. you’re the one who actually is. the managers literally coded everything. take it as this. the managers are the founders of a food bank. the mods are the helpers helping with their own choice : )

Spending money shouldn't really influence how you are viewed by the managers. They should be treating everyone the same regardless of how much they donated. Of course, I'd understand if you would want a bit more attention because you're putting money into the server, but it really shouldn't influence a response time when it comes to an issue that a lot of other players might be experiencing.

Management has handled plenty of problems in the past, so they don't completely "disregard" troubles...

Up until a couple days ago, a lot more people would have agreed with you. However, management has been making an effort for a couple months now (advertising builder apps, dev apps, etc.); they've even hired a new manager to help with appeals. If that doesn't show at least a bit of commitment and concern for the server, I don't know what does.

While I do agree that appeals take a bit too long, keep in mind that only a select few can actually deal with certain appeals. People who claim they were banned falsely have appeals that can only be checked by NDA-signed people. Of course, appeals still do take a bit of time, so that is one thing I can agree with you on.

Who is "they?" Are you implying that the money spent on the store goes to more than 1 person?

I'm glad you agreed with me, management is taking too long with these appeals!!! something needs to be done!
Also, money rules the world, don't get it twisted

simp, management is noob and you know it
Never said it was perfect, but also don't think it's garbage.

Again, money isn't getting split and Skeppy doesn't do appeals, so money doesn't factor into this whole appeal thing you were talking about.

I used to believe the same thing, but i've now realized why they dont get paid
first, being mod is a volunteer job, they do it because they want to help the server and get more experience.
second, managers manage the server, mods moderate the server. whether u like it or not, moderators do a lot less because of their limited permissions.
If Moderators (who arent even getting payed) have the time to read and escalate a blacklist appeal, then why cant someone who is getting payed take action?
finally, escalating a blacklist appeal is WAY MORE EASY then checking logs, or checking payments, or whatever managers have to do to respond to an appeal. THEY EVEN GOT A MANAGER JUST FOR APPEALS. im not saying their perfect, im just saying they do a lot more then u think they do.

oh I forgot, they are busy reaping the rewards of their victimized customers :)
do u even know how much they are paid? cause i sure don't
