Yeah, trolling hackers, videos with staff, it was very fun

the same thing happened with zelk. I guess, now he only uploads "I SURVIVED {number) DAY IN (some version of Minecraft)"

Appeal review - Encouraged people to make joke appeals
Staff App reviews - Encouraged people to make joke applications
Hacker series - Encouraged people to cheat to be in skepy’s video
Large streams on kits server - Drove way too much players on the server and made the server laggy. Players complained about it, and some even lost their items.
recording in general - Caused people to AFK on server with Skeppy skin in hopes on being on video, but that was annoying for a lot of players because they were taking up player slots.

Don’t get me wrong; I love his content, but being a staff during that era and handling all the above was tough too. Skeppy decreased his videos on here perhaps to help the staff team.
I certainly agree with you on this but sure staff sometimes do have a hard time managing with all the troll appeals etc. but its their job there is still tons of troll builder applications and staff can deal with them I feel like with more staff now it shouldn't be much of a problem. Before in like 2019 there was like very few staff but now there is tons of active staff that do their job well. Your statement on hacker series is slightly correct. Skeppy never encouraged to cheat he just likes to simply troll hackers it is the viewer's decision to cheat and try to be in a skeppy video, and simply even if they were I don't think skeppy would even upload the video if he knew they were just trying to get in his video. Recording in general part is correct Large players on the server, I don't really agree on you with this Neon fixed it im pretty sure back when 2020 had like 2k players a day it was super laggy at first but then neon fixed the problem im pretty sure. I feel like skeppy should atleast record some type of content or video on invaded once a week or maybe month? This still could boost the player count a little bit and I don't think people will go xgamesmode on all of the things you said above making the server bad, and besides invaded is dying believe it or not, it has like 300 players a day in the morning for na people so this is when some eu players are on so it basically has the entire player count if that makes sense before in 2020 december and november it had atleast 400 its slowly dying and its hard to see that. I could 50% agree with you on this, I've seen mega complain everytime skeppy goes on and makes a mess but regardless Ive seen mega on only for updates and to do suggestions for feedback etc.
Thats I may have said some weird things I was busy talking to a friend and I couldn't concentrate so hopefully i said things that make sense i guess

I do agree with you, but why couldn't he just host events on the server hosted on a different world (not kitpvp, not skyblock, not survival but on a different world but you have to log into invadedlands). Wouldn't this mean a bump in players but not a lagging server that is full 100% of the time?
Skeppy is just the face of the server. He brings in the players and most likely puts in the money needed to run it.
Most people think that skeppy not playing the server is resulting in it dying, but the players he really got playing were not competitive, at least in the kit pvp scene. These players mostly just play because skeppy is playing, and they just jump in iron and pretty much don't know what to do. These players don't really do much for the community except flood the chat. The true player base are the people that play the server because they like it, not the people that play it because skeppy does
By the time skeppy was making viedeos trolling xrays and hackers, so many hackers and xrayers joined the server to be in skeppy's vids and that absoloutly ruined the server, skeppy doesn't want to give them what they want so he stopped uploading these videos about tolling the cheaters, and thats it 
While this is true some of those players that joined because of skeppy will later keep playing because the server itself was fun. As someone else put it join for skeppy stay for invaded. I'm sure a lot of people here joined because of skeppy.
I’m just not going to sugar coat it then. Fix your tone. Not sure if you’re trying for staff or not, but if you are, you definitely should fix it.
