why...why are people rating staff members :( they are people too. ok no offense to anyone doing them i just personally don't like the idea
 
It's for fun I presume...? I wouldn't know because I haven't done one, but from what I've seen I haven't seen any complaints about it from any of the staff.

People just do what satisfies them... Can't really stop them from starting trends

hense why i said no offense I personally don't like it :D people can do whatever they want, I know that, I'm not trying to say people can't do things if they want :(

I don't know if they actually care I just know i wouldn't like to be rated. But that's just my opinion people can do whatever they want lol
 
That's exactly what I'm thinking, if a staff member sees himself on low tier then he wouldn't be like "yay" it might even ruin his day. I don't get why people do it.
